Please note these important issues regarding the use of trademarks:
Silver Fern™ Brand products are to be used as adjectives and should never be used as nouns, or in the possessive or plural form.
For example: “Kakato™ sweetener’s benefits include…” or “Kakato™ brand sweetener is…” would be considered proper use as the trademark is being used as an adjective and the term “sweetener” is being used as the generic term. On the other hand, saying “Kakato™’s benefits…” or “the benefit of Kakato™ is…” are not proper trademark use as Kakato™is being used as a generic term.

The Biggest Mistake with Paka Baking Mixes: Important!
Paka baking mixes are not like other baking mixes. These
baking mixes require precise adherence to the baking instructions. Consumers
that use the correct pan sizes, the right ingredients, and that follow the
baking mix instructions as directed on each mix have an incredible experience
with Paka baking mixes. Consumers that choose to use different pan sizes than
instructed on the box and that do not follow the instructions precisely may
have an undesirable experience.
